Porte di vetro, soffitti di cristallo: la carriera lavorativa delle donne in Piemonte

Abstract

Gli ostacoli all’occupazione femminile e alla carriera delle donne restano in Italia problemi in larga misura irrisolti e temi di dibattito nel terzo Millennio. Questo studio ha come obiettivo una ricognizione dei fenomeni di segregazione nel mercato del lavoro utilizzando i dati raccolti dall’ufficio della Consigliera di parità regionale del Piemonte in base all’art. 46 D. Lgs 198/06 sulle imprese con più di 100 dipendenti operanti nella Regione nel biennio 2012-2013. A questi dati sono state affiancate interviste con i responsabili delle risorse umane e focus group con i rappresentanti sindacali volti ad approfondire aspetti emersi dall’analisi dei dati. Il contributo mette in luce come, in assenza di una concertazione tra imprese, istituzioni e famiglie sui temi della conciliazione e della flessibilità, la leadership maschile rimanga il modello di riferimento.
