Completamento delle carriere lavorative WHIP con i dati del Casellario degli Attivi INPS

Abstract

L'aggancio tra i dati WHIP e quelli del Casellario degli Attivi consente l'osservazione di tutti i percorsi lavorativi, non solo quelli coperti dai dati INPS (o WHIP). Questa procedura ha permesso di dare una parziale risposta ad una domanda che ci si pone quando si usano i dati WHIP, o di fonte INPS in generale: cosa succede agli individui quando non sono più osservati negli archivi di WHIP? Quanti sono finiti nel settore pubblico? Quanti nelle professioni? Quanti in pensione? E’ possibile che siano disoccupati o fuori dalle forze-lavoro, o che lavorino nel sommerso?
