Terrorismo: Conceptualização do Fenómeno

Abstract

Para combater internacionalmente o fenómeno do terrorismo é preciso antes de mais defini-lo. Urge identificar os seus principais objectivos e características, mas também as suas grandes causas e efeitos com base numa evolução histórica, para melhor erradicá-lo. O debate académico e político tem sido prolífero nos últimos anos sobre um tema que se tornou da máxima actualidade, até porque o número de incidentes registados em diferentes países tem aumentado. Estas questões são prioritárias para este artigo de investigação, que propõe uma análise sobre o tema.
