Le financement de l’habitat en 2019

Abstract

Dans un environnement où les taux d’intérêt ont à nouveau baissé pour atteindre des plus bas historiques, le marché de l’immobilier résidentiel a été très dynamique en France en 2019 : le nombre de transactions a atteint un nouveau pic historique de 1 065 000 ventes, tandis que l’indice INSEE des prix dans l’ancien a progressé de 3,8 % en métropole (+4 % en Île-de-France et +3,6 % en Province). Dans cet environnement, la production annuelle de crédits à l’habitat s’est élevée à 246,4 milliards d’euros en 2019, soit une hausse de 21,3 % par rapport à 2018. Dans le même temps, les encours de crédits à l’habitat ont enregistré sur l’année une croissance de 6,8 %.
