Des néobanques en quête de rentabilité

Abstract

Cette étude fait suite à une première publication de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) en 2018 consacrée à l’émergence des néobanques. Elle vise à en préciser les modèles d’activité et se concentre sur deux aspects-clés : l’entrée en relation avec la clientèle et la rentabilité. Elle montre notamment que les néobanques peinent toujours, plusieurs années après leur création, à dégager des marges bénéficiaires.
