Abstract

Les volants contracycliques sont un ensemble de mesures réglementaires élaborées en réponse à la crise financière mondiale de 2008-2009. La présente note analytique se penche sur la capacité des volants de fonds propres variables à améliorer la stabilité financière au Canada.
