Abstract

The objective of this paper is to document the evolution of the APRC and its members and, at the same time, to identify similarities, differences, common issues, challenges, and gaps among members. Participants in the survey include Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, the Kyrgyz Republic, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. This paper serves as a key point of reference and supports the APRC in the pursuit of its strategic priorities. However, to remain current and relevant, this paper would need to be updated annually.
