Pratiques de veille informationnelle des acteurs du développement en Afrique francophone à l’ère numérique

Abstract

Le présent article a pour objectif de présenter les résultats de l'étude sur les pratiques de veille des décideurs et des acteurs du développement en Afrique. L'étude porte sur dix pays africains francophones. Elle vise à analyser les pratiques de veille informationnelle dans le cadre du développement en Afrique francophone et met en exergue les stratégies développées par les acteurs du développement pour rester à jour de l'information concernant leur domaine d’activité ou leurs centres d’intérêt. En résumé, il est question de cerner les modalités de la veille (les besoins d’information, les moyens utilisés, le choix des supports d’information, les formes d’information privilégiées, la manière dont la veille informationnelle peut être influencée par les insertions sociales des acteurs du développement, notamment leur catégorie professionnelle (personnels, contextuels, et sociaux), le processus d’évaluation et de validation des informations, le stockage, etc.).
