Abstract

Dans un contexte de forte urbanisation, de transformations sociétales telles qu’un accès de plus en plus généralisé à l’éducation, une participation de plus en plus grande des femmes au marché de l’emploi, comprendre les facteurs démographiques, socio-culturels et économiques qui permettent aux femmes de se hisser au sommet de l’échelle sociale, révèle un intérêt au plan programmatique et scientifique. Ainsi, l’objectif général de la recherche « Genre et trajectoire de réussite socio-économique des femmes à Ouagadougou » est d’étudier les effets des transformations de la participation des femmes à l’éducation et au marché du travail sur les chances de réussite socio-économique.
