Abstract

À dix ans de l’échéance adoptée pour l’Agenda 2030, le besoin d’innover dans les manières de faire et de décider des praticiens du développement n’a jamais été aussi prégnant. Les usages émergents des nouvelles technologies font naître de nouvelles intelligences. Ces usages ne sont pas sans risques, mais ils peuvent améliorer les travaux de nos organisations et nous permettre de mieux réaliser nos objectifs.
