Abstract

Au Pérou, le secteur privé de l’enseignement supérieur, développé à la faveur du processus de déréglementation de 1996 et à son apogée dans la décennie 2000, comprend des universités de type associatif ou entrepreneurial, très inégales en termes d’infrastructures, de qualité, ou de populations formées. A but lucratif, les secondes sont généralement de moindre qualité et tournées vers des secteurs sociaux défavorisés ou émergents. L’étude traite de la question des inégalités au niveau de l’accès à l’enseignement supérieur, du parcours universitaire et de l’insertion professionnelle.
