Abstract

Trata-se de benchmarking internacional sobre a estrutura, as funções e as inter-relações das instituições de Defesa da Concorrência e de Proteção de Dados das seguintes jurisdições: Brasil, União Europeia, França, Alemanha, Portugal, Reino Unido, Estados Unidos, Austrália, Canadá, Japão, Coréia do Sul, Singapura e Chile. Busca-se contribuir para a atuação do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) em possíveis temas relacionados a proteção de dados no âmbito da concorrência.
