Perú: La Reforma (Estructural) Incompleta II

Abstract

Esta nota resume agendas de reforma estructural recientes, a la vez que propone reformas especificas a seguir. La nota identifica: (i) objetivos realizables/sostenibles de reforma estructural y (ii) una secuencia específica de políticas para cerrar la brecha de infraestructura que separa actualmente al Perú de sus socios comerciales punta. Dicha secuencia de políticas toma como referencia el abanico de proyectos de inversión pública existente a la fecha y la evidencia internacional, examinada bajo la lupa del análisis econométrico disponible en la literatura.
