Abstract

The experience of the crisis that the country has undergone requires the definition of a new paradigm that in the future guarantees the stability and budgetary sustainability, basic conditions to assure the national sovereignty and the confidence of the citizens in the public policies. The CFP understands that the reform of the budget process is an essential basis for the adjustment necessary for the economy to re-enter a stable and sustained growth phase.
