The Yellow organization as an integrative stage in the F. Laloux' organization model

Abstract

The Teal organization model developed by F. Laloux stands out from other models and management systems, not only the lack of hierarchy or the elimination of rivalry for employee positions, but also the lack of prediction of the future. A turquoise organization is a model based on trust and integrity. Not only professional skills but also personality traits are appreciated, thanks to which the employee feels more at ease and can treat work as his second home. In this management model, the most important are the people who build the company. The description of this model is for the authors a pretext to consider the chances of its implementation in Polish enterprises, which are not big. Therefore the authors propose so-called a Yellow organization, which they placed between the Orange and the Green organization. In Polish conditions is yet another stage in development of organization. It is an organization based on passion, cooperation, and openness to the environment. Such an organization is a startup.
