Abstract

This Discussion Paper explores the value of U.S. dairy exports and imports in 2006. It also looks at the influence the ongoing negotiations under the Doha Round of the WTO will have on trade in the long-run and the prospects for reaching a world trade agreement prior to expiration of U.S. "fast track" authority.
