State Level Feed Grain Statistics, 1949-86

Abstract

This bulletin contains State-level statistics for corn (grain, silage, and forage), grain sorghum (grain, silage, and forage), oats, and barley for each of the 48 contiguous States for 1949-86. Variables include area planted, area harvested, yield per harvested acre, quantity produced, quantity used on farm where produced, quantity sold, season average price received by farmers, value of production, and value of sales.
