Análise Do Processo De Concessão De Crédito Em Distribuidores De Defensivos Agrícolas

Abstract

Nos últimos anos o crédito passou a ser um importante instrumento de alavancagem das vendas para as empresas, não sendo diferente no mercado de defensivos agrícolas. Porém no mercado agrícola a análise de crédito não é apenas mais uma ferramenta para as empresas, e sim um fator de sobrevivência. Identificando, analisando e sugerindo alterações nos processos de análise de crédito da de uma empresa do ramo, buscou-se através de uma metodologia descritiva coletar informações referentes ao cotidiano, normas, políticas e procedimento da parceira na área de análise e concessão de crédito. Os procedimentos da empresa foram intercalados com o apanhado de bibliografias utilizadas neste trabalho. Concluiu-se a evidencia importância de um processo eficaz e ágil de análise de concessão de crédito embasadas em informações qualitativas dos clientes no mercado de defensivos. Outra conclusão trata da necessidade de garantias reais dos clientes, sendo este um fator de primordial importância, que esta selecionando empresas distribuidoras de defensivos agrícolas.
