Estudo Da Viabilidade Financeira Da Implantação De Pivô Central Com A Utilização De Rotação De Culturas No Oeste Baiano

Abstract

O presente trabalho objetivou estudar a viabilidade financeira da implantação de pivô central com a utilização de rotação de culturas no Oeste Baiano. A irrigação pode entrar em um sistema já existente como forma de garantia de produção, maior produtividade, exploração dos preços, aumento de produtividade e diluição de custos. Foi projetado um fluxo de caixa após a implantação de 3 pivôs centrais de 130 hectares cada, na região do Oeste da Bahia, utilizando as culturas do algodão, milho, feijão e trigo para justificar as entradas e saídas. Foram feitos 2 fluxos, um considerando a aquisição de financiamento (TMA = 15,27 %) e outro sem (TMA = 19,75 %). No caso da avaliação do investimento, os indicadores analisados apresentaram as seguintes respostas: sem financiamento (VPL = R$ 192.371.10; TIR = 20,83 %; Prêmio de Risco = 1,08 %; Payback = 4 anos e 6 meses; B/C = 1,04); com financiamento (VPL = R$ 1.536.977.87; TIR = 27,46 %; Prêmio de Risco = 12,19 %; Payback = 3 anos e 4 meses; B/C = 1,56).
