A Competitividade Da Brasileira No Mercado Mundial De Carne Bovina

Abstract

O objetivo da pesquisa é avaliar a competitividade e o comportamento das exportações da carne bovina brasileira no mercado de 1997 a 2003. Para tanto, utilizam-se vários índices: Índice de Vantagens Comparativas Reveladas (IVCR). Os resultados encontrados demonstram que no Brasil a produção de carnes apresenta grandes vantagens comparativas, o tornando muito competitivo neste setor. Esses fatores fizeram do Brasil o maior exportador além do maior produtor mundial.
