Avaliação Econômica Comparativa De Sistemas De Produção De Gado De Corte Na Região De Aquidauana-Ms

Abstract

A pecuária de corte tem passado por intensas modificações a partir da década de noventa e anos 2000, neste sentido, tem ocorrido uma maior profissionalização e especialização nos sistemas de produção. Em um contexto de queda dos termos de troca da pecuária, todas as fases de criação devem priorizar as tomadas de decisão com base em avaliações econômicas detalhadas. Assim, este trabalho objetivou fazer uma análise comparativa da eficiência econômica dos sistemas de produção de gado de corte nas fases de cria, recria e engorda. Como principais resultados observou-se que todos os sistemas foram lucrativos, entretanto o perfil de composição dos custos e receitas da fase de cria foi diferenciado das demais. Notou-se também que a atividade de engorda é a mais competitiva em termos de rentabilidade por hectare. Ressalva-se que estratégias de gestão diferenciadas devem ser tomadas quando se analisa comparativamente os sistemas de cria, recria e engorda.
