Abstract

O mercado nacional de FLV (frutas, legumes e verduras) vem crescendo significativamente nos últimos anos. Contudo, devido à grande perecibilidade destes produtos, a qualidade dos mesmos está condicionada a processos de padronização, seleção, classificação, embalagem e transporte adequados, a fim de evitar as perdas que são elevadas. Para tanto, é necessária uma perfeita sintonia entre os agentes deste mercado de forma a oferecer com agilidade e eficiência um produto de qualidade ao consumidor. Como os produtores raramente executam estes processos, cabe aos seguimentos a jusante realizá-los, como o segmento atacadista, representado pelas CEASAs e por poucas empresas atacadistas. Assim, o presente trabalho buscou analisar os sistemas de comercialização de duas empresas atacadistas de FLV na região metropolitana de Recife, a partir das teorias da Gestão de Suprimentos e Economia dos Custos de Transação. Foram observadas características similares entre as empresas, como a falta de uma maior capacitação para a gestão do empreendimento das empresas, uma forte concentração na tomada de decisão e baixa preocupação com a capacitação da mão-de-obra. A contratação entre fornecedores e clientes só é formalizada em contratos quando estritamente necessário. As formas de comercialização privilegiam primeiramente o preço, depois a qualidade do produto.-----------------------------------------------The national market of fruits, vegetables and green vegetables it comes growing significantly in the last years. However, due to great perishable of these products, the quality’s is conditioned processes like the standardization, selection, classification, packing and adequate transport, to avoid the high losses of the products. For this, it’s necessary a perfect syntony among the agents of this market to offer with agility and efficiency a quality product to consumer. As the farmers rarely execute these processes, it fits will be accomplish to the segment wholesaler, represented by CEASAs and for little companies wholesalers. Then, in the present article was analyzed the systems of trade of two companies wholesalers of fruits, vegetables and green vegetebles in the Recife, by the theories of Supply Chain Management and Transaction Cost Economics. Similar characteristics were observed among the companies, as the lack of training for the administration of the companies, a strong concentration of the process of decision and the lower level training of the labor. The contracts of the companies wholesalers between suppleirs and customers is only formalized when strictly.
