Abstract

This piece of work presents reflections about the rural internal dynamics in Brazil with emphasis to the North of Minas Gerais. The reflection about the rural migration in the city of the outback's of Minas Gerais proves the hipothesis that the imigration is taking place more and more inside the regions, due to the growth impelled by the state in some cities and also the delusion with the metropolis, as a consequence of the process of organization of the work which produces a perverse combination whose main cause and consequence is the disrespect to the migrant workers. The analisys of the rural migrant sócio-economic profile and his integration in the workmarket, the possibilities, placement and the informal market as via of de sub integration, reveals that the social spacial relations keep segregating workers coming from the rural áreas, limiting their insertion in the workmarket. This fenomenon has led to deep social and economic differences, which are noticed in the social space, through the urban segregation. The interviews about the work experience of the rural migrants reveals the formation of the Brazilian society of the third millenium as a history of the (re)production of unfair life conditions.
