Cadeia Produtiva Da Ovinocultura Em Mato Grosso Do Sul: Uma Análise De Seu Sistema De Coordenação Agroindustrial

Abstract

No intuito de aprofundar e enriquecer os conhecimentos sobre a Cadeia Produtiva da Ovinocultura no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, o paper tem como objetivo entender as relações entre os diversos elos desta cadeia, tendo em vista a visão do todo (ou visão sistêmica), bem como à importância de sua coordenação para os agentes envolvidos. Para tanto, procurou-se avaliar as perspectivas de mercado, avaliando as estratégias comerciais adotadas pelos produtores rurais e o seu relacionamento com os demais agentes do setor produtivo. Já num segundo plano, uma análise formal das relações contratuais do setor agroindustrial e seus relativos poderes de barganha junto a fornecedores e clientes. E por ultimo uma apreciação analítica dos consumidores finais (bares, restaurantes e população) no que corresponde seu grau de aceitação aos produtos advindos da ovinocultura. Em síntese este trabalho refere – se a resultados de um trabalho de dissertação que teve como base metodológica a pesquisa de cunho qualitativo e quantitativa, exploratório descritivo, no qual foram feitas entrevistas seguindo um roteiro semi-estruturado com observação sistemática, junto a produtores, beneficiadores e consumidores, definidos através de uma amostra probabilística por tipicidade.--------------------------------------------In the intention of to deepen and to enrich the knowledge on the Productive Chain of sheep in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, the paper has as objective understands the relationships among the several links of this chain, tends in view the vision of the whole (or systemic vision), as well as to the importance of his/her coordination for the involved agents. For so much, it tried to evaluate the market perspectives, evaluating the commercial strategies adopted by the rural producers and his/her relationship with the other agents of the productive section. Already in a second plan, a formal analysis of the contractual relationships of the section agribusiness and their relative bargaining powers close to suppliers and customers. And for I finish an analytical appreciation of the final consumers (bars, restaurants and population) in what it corresponds his/her acceptance degree to the products advents of the sheep. In synthesis this work refers. if to resulted of a dissertation work that had as methodological base the qualitative and quantitative stamp research, of descriptive exploratory character, in which you/they were made interviews following an itinerary semi-structured with systematic observation, close to producers, beneficent and defined consumers through a sample probabilistic for Typical.
