Abstract

Este artigo apresenta que o desenvolvimento de técnicas e práticas administrativas, orientadas pelos preceitos do desenvolvimento sustentável e voltadas à organização familiar rural tem como horizonte a fixação do homem no campo, melhoria de sua qualidade de vida e, em última análise, permitir sua inclusão social. Os objetivos do trabalho são: identificar e avaliar as práticas gestão orientadas ao desenvolvimento sustentável nas organizações familiares rurais da Gleba Triângulo. Os métodos utilizados foram: pesquisa bibliográfica; aplicação de questionários semi-estruturados; organização e análise dos dados colhidos, e; posteriormente visitas a campo para verificar de fato a realidade. Como resultado, poucas ferramentas administrativas encontradas e uso incipiente das práticas de gestão, portanto torna-se necessário apresentar a esta organização familiar rural que o uso das práticas de gestão e da sustentabilidade, apesar da escala em que atuam, serem o caminho para a continuidade na atividade agrícola e inserção num novo mercado mais social.----------------------------------------------This article presents that the techniques development and administrative practices, guided by the precepts of the sustainable development to the rural family organization, has as horizon man's fixation in the field, improvement of their life quality and, in last analysis, allow their social inclusion. The work goals are: identify and to evaluate the administration practices guided to the sustainable development in the rural family organizations of the Gleba Triangulo. The used methods were: bibliographical research; semi-structured questionnaires application; organization and analysis of the collected data, and; afterwards visits for field to verify in fact the reality. As result, there were few the found administrative tools and the incipient administration practices use, therefore it becomes necessary to present to this rural family organization that the administration practices and sustainability use, besides the scale in which they act, be the way for the continuity in the agricultural activity and insert in a new socialer market.
