    Abstract

    O objetivo deste artigo foi apresentar os resultados do modelo de simulação de um sistema de custeio gerencial, de forma estocástica, do vapor saturado para as agroindústrias. Para tanto foram levantados junto a uma agroindústria de atomatados os dados de consumo e parâmetros técnicos do vapor, e baseado nestas informações foi desenvolvido um modelo de simulação. A metodologia utilizada foi o System Dynamics a qual auxiliou no desenvolvimento de um modelo composto por quatro módulos: o módulo da matriz energética agroindustrial, o módulo demandador de vapor, o módulo ofertador de vapor e o módulo financeiro, que trata inúmeras variáveis de forma aleatória com a utilização de curvas de distribuição normal e ferramentas randômicas para valores que variam entre intervalos. Através do modelo que utiliza recursos aleatórios tem-se, de forma estocástica, a geração do vapor e seu custo. Possibilitando a construção de cenários, que auxilia a percepção do processo de produção do vapor e tomadas de decisões por parte de diretores e gerentes industriais. ------------------------------------------------------------------The objective of this paper was to presentation the result of the work was to develop a system of management expenditure of random form of the saturated steam for the industry. For such data were collected from a tomato industry for demand and technical of the steam and developed a simulation model. Using the methodology of System Dynamics, a composed model of four modules was created with: the energy matrix module, the demand steam module, the steam module supply and the financial module, which deals a set of random variables form, with the use of normal distribution specification and fortuitous tools for values that vary between intervals. Through the model that it uses random resources have of random form the generation of the steam and its cost, making possible the construction of scenarios that assists the perception the production process steam and taking of decisions on the part of directors and controlling industrials.
