Abstract

Posteriormente, ilustra-se alguns pontos de contato entre as teorias e o caso empírico, apontando a pertinência do aprofundamento da relação entre ambas.---------------------------------------------This paper aims the admission of New Institutional Economics approaches and Supply Chain Management, until not worked by the extension students of the “Associação Riograndense de Empreendimentos de Assistência Técnica de Extensão Rural – EMATER/RS”, in the interface with organizations of little rural producers of milk from Rio Grande do Sul State. It follows a brief panorama, where 18 co-operative and 25 groups of producers are inserted and the organization description of these agents, based in accompaniment of meeting and depositions from the participant farmers.
