Abstract

A discussão aqui apresentada, parte da noção de multifuncionalidade na agricultura familiar e argumenta sobre sua relevância na construção de mecanismos de resistência aos processos de fragmentação de práticas e hábitos alimentares em curso na atualidade e que comprometem a segurança alimentar e nutricional na sociedade.---------------------------------------------- In this paper are discussed, from the sphere of multifuncionality of the farm family, the importance of its aspects in the construction of a resistence against the practices and food habits fragmentation that can result in a food insecurity.
