Abstract

-------------------------------------------------------This paper has the objective of discussing the theme of semi-arid development, particularly those of Bahia State, according to the specific guidelines of identity territories and the themes of science and technology and put, as a condition of this process, the solidary economic enterprises strategies, which constitute the social tissue of the rural space and the semi-arid of the Northeast of Brazil.
