A pedagogia da alternância na construção do desenvolvimento rural do Vale do Jequitinhonha, Minas Gerais

Abstract

O presente trabalho foi realizado no Vale do Jequitinhonha, município de Turmalina, Minas Gerais, analisando a interação entre a Escola Família Agroindustrial de Turmalina – EFAT, produtores associados e instituições parceiras. Para o levantamento dos dados foram realizadas visitas in loco e reuniões, trabalhando-se com questionários e entrevistas semi-estruturadas junto aos agricultores familiares do município, monitores e instituições parceiras. O objetivo foi observar como a EFAT tem atuado nas comunidades locais por meio dos instrumentos pedagógicos da alternância e como esta têm contribuído para o desenvolvimento local e regional. Constatou-se que a prática da pedagogia da alternância propicia a melhor organização dos produtores com vistas ao enfrentamento das dificuldades encontradas, capacitando e profissionalizando o jovem e os agricultores, proporcionando assim melhorias na qualidade de vida e renda das famílias, o que, por conseguinte, reflete diretamente na diminuição do êxodo rural. Palavras-chaves : Município de Turmalina; Escola Família Agrícola; Agricultura Familiar .----------------------------------------------------------------The present work was accomplished in Valley of Jequitinhonha, municipal district of Turmalina, Minas Gerais, analiyzing the interaction among the School Family Agroindustrial of Turmalina – EFAT, associated producers and institutions partners. For the rising of the data visits in loco and meetings were accomplished, being worked with questionnaires and interviews semi-structured the family farmers of the municipal, monitors and institutions partners. The objective was to observe like EFAT has been acting in the local communities through the pedagogic instruments of the alternation and as these have been contributing to the local and regional development. It was verified that the practice of the pedagogy of the alternation propitiates the best organization of the producing with views to the qualifying and professionalizing the youth and the farmers, providing like this improvements in the quality of life and income of the families, which, consequently, contemplates directly in the decrease of the rural exodus.
