Reforma Agrária No Sudoeste Do Paraná: Origem E Situação Atual Do Assentamento Missões

Apesar de o Brasil ser formado por uma grande extensão de terras agricultáveis, a maior parte destas áreas concentra-se a um número pequeno de proprietários. Uma distribuição desigual que tem origem no processo de ocupação e distribuição do espaço rural do País. Essa desigualdade vem, no decorrer dos anos, sendo uma das principais causas de conflitos pelo acesso a terra no País. No Paraná os conflitos pela posse de terra começaram desde os anos 1940 com a ocupação das terras. Em 1957 no sudoeste do estado, houve a primeira desapropriação com fins sociais no Brasil. Objetivando conhecer a realidade e a forma de implantação de um assentamento de reforma agrária no sudoeste do Paraná, este trabalho foi desenvolvido. Buscou-se para tanto, identificar a realidade atual do assentamento Missões a partir da análise da unidade familiar de produção e renda, e se a vida no assentamento atualmente garante as condições básicas de sobrevivência das famílias. Uma primeira fase desta pesquisa foi feita em 2005, através de um trabalho de monografia e entre 2006 e 2007, novos dados foram coletados para complementar a pesquisa anterior.------------------------------------------------------------Although Brazil to be formed by a great extension of agricultáveis lands, most of these areas concentrates it a small number of proprietors. In the Paraná the conflicts for the land ownership had started since years 1940 with the occupation of lands. In 1957 in the southwest of the state, it had the first dispossession with social ends in Brazil. Objectifying to know the reality and the form of implantation of a nesting of agrarian reform in the southwest of the Paraná, this work was developed. One searched for in such a way, to identify to the current reality of the nesting Missions from the analysis productive unit of the family and income, and if the life in the nesting currently guarantees the basic conditions of survival of the families. A first phase of this research was made in 2005, through a monograph work and between 2006 and 2007, new given had been collected to complement the previous research.
