Abstract

Assim, não há como aplicar essa medida enquanto pressuposto genérico que ignora as diferenças geográficas e da produção agropecuária.---------------------------This article shows that the impact of the individual farms’ environmental reserve restoration act in São Paulo State is not distributed uniformly in the State territory, neither in the hydrographic unites each one whit its own peculiar physical characteristics. Also among municipalities there are expressive differences, given the regional specialization, which conduct it to differentiated production structures. Therefore, there is no reasonableness to justify the act as a measure, which generic presupposition ignores the geographical and agricultural production differences.
