Estudo das Relações Laticínios - Pequenos Produtores na Região de Juiz de Fora

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a relação pequeno produtor–laticínio, com base na existência de um intermediário, a associação. Para tal buscou-se apreender quanto à formação e o desenvolvimento de uma associação, bem como contextualizar o aparecimento deste tipo organizacional nacional e regionalmente. Visando tais apreciações, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, a partir das técnicas de entrevista, dados secundários e visitas. Os resultados apurados envolvem a importância do laticínio parceiro para a manutenção da associação, o valor da ação do presidente para a formação e consolidação da mesma e uma possível aliança laticínio-associação na nova empreitada rumo ao cooperativismo com foco no beneficiamento do leite. The present paper has for objective to analyze the relation between small producer and dairy products, based on the existence of an intermediary, the association. For such one intend to apprehend how much to the formation and the development of an association, as well as demarcate the appearance of this type of organization, national and regionally. Aiming at such appreciations, a qualitative research was become fullfilled, from the techniques of interview, secondary data and visits. The refined results involve the importance of the dairy products partner for the maintenance of the association, the value of the action of the president for the formation and consolidation of same and a possible alliance dairy products-association in the new taken over on a contract basis route to the co-operation with focus in the improvement of milk.
