Verbraucherakzeptanz des Regionalfensters

Abstract

Im Auftrag des BMEL wurde eine Studie zur Ermittlung der Verbraucherakzeptanz des Regionalfensters durchgeführt. Das ‚Regionalfenster‘ ist eine Kennzeichnung für Produkte aus regionaler Erzeugung. Diese Kennzeichnung wurde 2014 eingeführt. Ziel der Studie war es, eine Aussage über die bundesweite Verbraucherakzeptanz zu erstellen. Die große regionale Variabilität der Nutzung und Verbreitung des Regionalfensters machte eine sorgfältige Auswahl der Erhebungsstätten erforderlich, die sowohl die regionalen Unterschiede als auch die Unterschiede zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmen des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels berücksichtigte. Schließlich wurden für die Erhebungen 4 deutsche Städte mit jeweils zwei Geschäften ausgewählt. Insgesamt wurden 791 verwertbare Interviews geführt.
