Wie bewerten LandwirtInnen und BürgerInnen die Geflügelhaltung? - Sichtweisen aus Eins-zu-Eins-Gesprächen

Abstract

Während die Geflügelhaltung gesellschaftlich besonders kritisiert wird, heben Landwirt:innen die Effizienz und Vorteile der Haltungsbedingungen hervor. Um diese Divergenz zu überwin-den wurden persönliche Gespräche zwischen Landwirt:innen und Bürger:innen initiiert. Durch das Eins-zu-Eins-Format werden gemeinsame Problematiken zur Geflügelhaltung verständnis-voll und selbstkritisch diskutiert. Sichtbar werden verschiedene Perspektiven auf die Kritik und können nun in gemeinsame Konzepte einer breit akzeptierten Geflügelhaltung einfließen.
