Milchkonflikt und resultierende Verbandsstrukturen - ökonomische und emotionale Auswirkungen von Marktliberalisierung

Abstract

Der Milchkonflikt und die Auseinandersetzung zwischen dem Deutschen Bauernverband und dem Bundesverband Deutscher Milchviehhalter stellt die Grundlage dieses Beitrages dar. Ziel ist es, die relevanten Konfliktfaktoren zu identifizieren und die verschiedenen Eskalationsstufen des Konfliktes in der Landwirtschaft sowie strukturelle Folgen im Agrarverbandsgefüge herauszuarbeiten. Die Analyse beruht auf einem qualitativen Forschungsansatz anhand von Interviews und Software-basierter Dokumentenanalyse. Als wichtigste Faktoren im Konfliktverlauf wurden die Abschaffung der Milchquotenregelung sowie die damit verbundenen Veränderungsängste identifiziert. Es wurde eine enge Verknüpfung zwischen den wirtschaftlichen und emotionalen Faktoren festgestellt, ebenso wie ein struktureller Wandel einhergehend mit einem zunehmenden Einfluss der Agraropposition auf die politische Diskussion.
