Abstract

Le charbon végétal actif est souvent utilisé pour diminuer la phytotoxicité des excrétions des plantes en tube. Des microboutures de deux clones de D. alata et de quatre clones de D. cayenensis sont cultivées sur des milieux différents par leur concentration en charbon végétal actif comprise entre 1 g et 20 g/l. L'effet du charbon est positif dès la concentration 1g/l pour le nombre de feuilles produites et pour l'enracinement. Sur :e milieu sans charbon, l'enracinement est faible mais le bourgeonnement est multiple. Les interactions spécifiques et variétales sont discutées. ----- Charcoal is often used to control the phytotoxicity of plant excretions in tube. Node cuttings of two clones of D. alata and four clones of D. cayenensis are grown on media which differ by the charcoal concentrations from 1 g to 20 g/l. The effect of charcoal is effective as from 1 g/l : both for the rooting and the number of leaves. On the medium without charcoal the rooting is low but multiple shoots are observed. Specific and varietal interactions are discussed.
