CONTROL QUIMICO DE LOS AGENTES PATOGENICOS DEL MAL SECO DE LA YAUTIA (Xanthosoma sagittifolium) BAJO CONDICIONES IN VITRO

Abstract

Se evaluo el efecto' de los fungicidas Benomil, Metilo-Etridiazol-Tiofanato, Metalaxil y Azufre elemental- Sulfato de Cobre tribasico, sobre el crecimiento radial de los hongos fitopatogenos Sclerolium rolfsii, Rhizoctoniasolani, Fusarium solani, Pythium sp., y las bacterias patogenicas 16a y 23a. Se utilizaron dosis de 0 a 3400 ppm. del ingrediente activo, adicionadas al medio de cultivo papa-dextrosa-agar. No hubo diferencias significativas en el efecto de Benomil y Metilo-Etridiazol-Tiofanato para inhibir el crecimiento de F. solani, R. solani y Pythium sp. pero si para S. rolfsii. Para las cepas de bacterias no hubo diferencias significativas entre el efecto reductor de Azufre-Sulfato de Cobre (fungicida-bactericida) y Metilo-Etridiazol- Tiofanato.
