EVALUACION DEL EFECTO DE LA INCLUSION DE HARINA DE SEMILLAS DE PALMA REAL (Roystonea hispaniolana), COMO FUENTE ENERGETICA EN LA ALIMENTACION DE POLLOS DE ENGORDE

Abstract

Con el objetivo de evaluar la inclusion de 5 niveles de harina del fruto de la palma real se realizo el siguiente ensayo, utilizando polios de engorde. En el Instituto Superior de Agricultura, se han obtenido resultados promisorios utilizando este alimento. En este ensayo los mejores resultados se obhivieron con el nivel de 5% de harina de palma real, reflejandose asi en las tres etapas de desarrollo del polio. Durante el experimento se pudo observar que ha medida que se aumento el nivel de inclusion de harina de palma real el consumo voluntario aumento pero esto no se reflejo en la respuesta animal. Aunque tampoco no influyo en la mortalidad, la cual fue de 4.6%.
