El efecto de la prohibición de las terapias de conversión sobre los suicidios en Estados Unidos

Abstract

En este trabajo, se estudia el efecto de una ley que prohibe la utilización de terapias de conversión sobre los suicidios en Estados Unidos. Debido a que la ley fue efectiva en varios estados en diferentes momentos del tiempo, mediante la implementación de un modelo de diferencias en diferencias, se hará uso de estas variabilidades de tiempo y espacio para identificar el efecto causal de la ley sobre la variable de interés.
