The development cycle of the families, the life cycle of its members, the enrichment, and the open frontier were the principals elements that families operated in order to have anticipated the increasing transferences of the part of their wealth. Campinas, province of São Paulo is the geographical context studied from 1795 till 1850, during the growth of the plantations units.
