Abstract

يستأثر العالم الإسلامي بنسبة ضئيلة جدًا من تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى اقتصادياتها، وصلت إلى 3.5% تقريبًا في عام 2003م. بل أن ثمانية دول من العشر دول الأقل حصولاً على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الفترة 2000-2002م، هي دول إسلامية، ودولة واحدة فقط من العشر دول الأكثر حصولاً على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الفترة نفسها، هي دولة إسلامية (بروناي). يبدو أن هذه النظرة الخاطفة لواقع الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في العالم الإسلامي ليست هي الدافع إلى كتابة هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا. ولعل الهدف من الكتاب (الذي كان بحثاً لنيل درجة الماجستير من جامعة اليرموك) ينقسم إلى قسمين، الأول يسعى لتوضيح الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية لهذه الاستثمارات الأجنبية، والثاني يركز على بيان وجهة النظر الشرعية للاقتصاد الإسلامي بالنسبة لهذا النوع من النشاط الأجنبي في الدول الإسلامية.
