Abstract

الكتاب من منشورات مركز جمعة الماجد للثقافة والتراث بدبي، عام 1422هـ/2001م، وتأليف الدكتور عزالدين بن زغيبة، وهو في الأصل رسالة دكتوراه حصل عليها المؤلف من جامع الزيتونة بتونس. وقد انتظم الكتاب في مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة أبواب، ضمت أربعة عشر فصلا، بالإضافة إلى خاتمة وفهارس خرجت في سفر من أربعمائة صفحة. والموضوع الذي يتطرق إليه الكتاب ذو أهمية بالغة؛ وذلك لما للمعاملات المالية من حضور بارز في حياة الناس اليوم، ومن جهة أخرى، فإن الحديث عن المقاصد وربطها بالمعاملات التي تجريها المصارف والمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية أضحت أمرًا مطروقًا على أكثر من صعيد، وذلك للوقوف على مرادات الشريعة في هذا المجال لتخرج العقود والمعاملات التي تطبقها تلك المؤسسات في حلة تخدم المقاصد وتـهتدي بمعالمها وضوابطها، لا لتصادمها أو تبتعد عن منهجها المتسم بالدقة والانضباط.
