Abstract

البوطي من مواليد عام 1929م، كان أستاذًا بكلية الشريعة في جامعة دمشق وعميدًا لها، وله عدد كبير من الكتب والكتيبات والبحوث والمقالات والدروس والخطب والبرامج التلفزيونية. من أبرز كتبه كتاب ضوابط المصلحة، والطبعة التي بين يدي منشورة في مؤسسة الرسالة، ط2، 1397هـ = 1977م. وتقع في 466 صفحة. وهي رسالة دكتوراه في أصول الشريعة الإسلامية من كلية القانون والشريعة بجامعة الأزهر، لعام 1385هـ = 1965م. يتألف الكتاب من تمهيد وثلاثة أبواب.
