Dörfer im Wandel - Dorfentwicklung im Lichte neuer Verantwortungsstrukturen

Abstract

Im vorliegenden Artikel stehen die Herausforderungen ländlicher Räume, die gestaltende Kraft der Bürger und das Förderprogramm der Dorfentwicklung im Mittelpunkt. Es wird die Bedeutung von gemeinsamer Verantwortungsübernahme in Dörfern durch eine Zusammenarbeit u. a. der kommunalpolitischen Vertreter, der Verwaltung sowie der Dorfbewohner in ihren unterschiedlichen Funktionen herausgestellt. Der Forschungsbedarf im Bereich der Verantwortungsübernahme wird aufgezeigt und am Beispiel des Förderprogramms der Dorfentwicklung in Niedersachsen nach zukünftigen Möglichkeiten in der methodischen Prozessbegleitung gefragt.
