Abstract

Anhand einer Fallstudie wird im vorliegenden Beitrag das Format des Runden Tisches als ein Informations-, Konsultations- und Vermittlungsinstrument hinsichtlich seiner Eignung bei großen Infrastrukturvorhaben der Energiewende analysiert. Anhand von 15 Kriterien - hierunter Aspekte wie die Legitimation des Veranstalters, Fragen nach der Zielbestimmung oder der begleitenden Öffentlichkeitsarbeit wird am Beispiel des Runden Tisches Atdorf zum geplanten Bau eines Pumpspeicherwerks im Südschwarzwald herausgearbeitet, unter welchen Vorrausetzungen Dialoge erfolgreich verlaufen können. Der Beitrag endet mit Handlungsempfehlungen für die Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung bei Großinfrastrukturvorhaben.
