Abstract

Administrative structures are certainly of great importance in order to determine employees' behavior and performance. On the other hand, physical structures also significantly influence the way staff and customers view the organization and interact with it. Competitive economy firms and institutions are competing due to innovations in products/services, delivery processes, and management styles, which is the present scenario observed in creative environment in the contemporary service/experience. Innovative approaches frequently materialize in the design of service facilities through which experience is provided. Despite the massive deployment of the digital transformation, physical structures in which physical operations are conducted still play a key role, and architecture still generate emotions when delivered through the screen of a computer. Organizations are in a position to significantly improve convenience, productivity, engagement, and attractiveness by carefully designing space and defining the appropriate layout. Facility layout can be addressed with attention to traffic flow, space planning, and the need to avoid unnecessary travel. This pattern also has to include identification of the meanings, characterization of size and qualification of the process by which any facility delivers its messages.
