Abstract

Frontier analysis is a recent development in economics that explicitly recognizes that some decision makers use sub-optimal solutions. When applied to the field of national economic and social policy, the purpose of frontier analysis is to identify those nations that effectively convert policy parameters into maximal goal achievements.
