Abstract

Born in Lipa City, Batangas, Br. Armin finished his elementary and secondary education at De La Salle Lipa. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Letters at De La Salle University — Manila, where he also obtained his Master's Degree in Religious Education and Values Education. He completed his doctorate degree on Educational Management at the University of St La Salle in Bacolod City. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters(honoris causa) by La Salle University in Philadelphia, USA. A true-blue Lasallian, he has now pledged to see to the education concerns of every Filipino child…
