Abstract

Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play the key roles in the development of the national economy. Under the condition of economy transformation in China, how to leverage SME’s innovative capacity is of great importance. Taking Total Innovation Management (TIM) theory as the fundamental framework and basing on China’s situation, this study attempts to explore the mechanism and pathway on which to leverage SME’s innovation capability.
